There’s no better way to do that than with a traditional and well-constructed wooden porch. We understand that constructing a front porch on-site can be an intrusive process. That’s why we build your front porch in our facility and deliver it rather than building it on-site. Our pre-built house porches are easy to deliver and set up, so we’re usually in and out within a few hours.
Vinyl House Porch Builder
Looking for an easy-to-maintain material that will last you years to come? Look no further than our vinyl house porches. Design a custom-made vinyl front porch that seamlessly fits your property. Our house porch builder prices include a standard porch up to 32” H and one set of stairs that includes vinyl decking and railing, spindles, and handrails are not included. Other options include, for heights over 32” H, add 5%. For stairs, handrails are an additional $450. And a single-pitch slope roof for 50%. Our porch materials are also available for Rent-to-Own for 60 months.
Wooden House Porch Builder
Wood prices include our number one graded lumber, radius edge 2×6 milled decking, standard porch up to 32” H, and one set of stairs with handrails. Other options include a stain add of 15% in gray, brown, cedar, and clear. In addition, heights over 32” H are 5%. If appearance is a factor, our number one graded lumber will give you what you like! With less wane, sound, smaller, and fewer knots. The graded lumber will provide you with strength that will last you a long time.
